Support Services for Wix Websites
Our Wix support services include website support for websites on the old standard editor and the new Wix Harmony AI editor. We do not offer support for Wix Studio sites, since those sites are typically used and managed by web developers. Â
Hourly Wix Support Packages
We offer hourly support for clients who are looking for help fixing specific items on their Wix website. You add us as a collaborator and we will fix any layout, design, mobile issues or do some quick updates for you. Hourly support is $150/hour with a 1 hour minimum. Package is good for 6 months, so all work does not need to be done at one time.
Wix Ongoing Support Plans
If you would like us to maintain your Wix website on an ongoing basis with periodic updates and fixes within a predetermined budget, we offer monthly ongoing support plans starting at $35/month. That VIP15 plan would include up to 15 minutes/month of support; unused time rolls over to up to 3 hours/year.Â
